I have seen that type of thing shown before, more usually with inside the cab shots from the drivers point of view, where they start the thing with that inside shot then cut to an outside shot with vehicles parked inside the blind spots....
That type of "training video" is shown to all mine visitors, to basically warn them, its YOUR duty to keep the (beep) away from big trucks who cannot see you if you get too close....
