Just one suggestion... Manual. I know the driving in heels cause great arguments in my own household.... I dont believe the conclusions were right, even to today, I just cant see how Heels are a "Wise" choice of footwear. However... I will allow the show to stand by its own results, as they are valid. BUT.... Adam, Jamie, this is NOT a "You didnt do it right", this is a "Did you think of trying" suggestion... you only had two pedals to dance on, how about you try a REAL car with THREE pedals to worry about........... (Real men drive Manual?..... dig at those automatic drivers here from a Brit. ) And try something bigger as well, like a small Van, with the more upright seating position?.... I still doubt you could drive a full blown HEAVY goods truck in Heels. For a start, you wont get in the yard without steel toecaps, let alone drive the wagon.... No, Please, DONT tell me you can get steel toecap high heels?... I dont want to know... honestly.....

I knew a guy who wore steel toes in shoes with 2 inch heels ;D around here, we call that "short guy syndrome"
as for my opinion on the myth - I still stand by my analysis: driving in heels doesn't decrease your reaction time - it increases your chance of error.
I still think they should have done a standing test with multiple "accelerations" brakes, shiftpoints, triggered by a randomly controlled signboard and tested for accuracy on the pedals.
