Here's the full story, but this is the relevant part for this thread. Hmmm... for some reason the video isn't showing. Here's the link for the video, feel free to copy and paste it in your browser, or just go to the page to read the article and view the videos news.yahoo.com/video/mythbusters-vs-jaws-whale-noises-114421300.htmlSomething else that’s cool: Shweekend kicks off Saturday, Aug. 29 at 9 p.m. with the premiere of MythBusters vs. Jaws. Fans will recall that Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman did a Jaws special 10 years ago in which they tested theories from the film — and busted the myth that shooting a scuba tank with a bullet would make it explode. In honor of Jaws’ 40th anniversary (and some viewers refusing to believe that Chief Brody couldn’t have survived that way), they’ll test it again. They’ll also attempt to find out if the sounds of orcas and the smell of dead sharks repel sharks. In our exclusive sneak peek, they set up for the orca sound test and imply that Hyneman wasn’t always this calm….

Dear Yahoo..... Get a grip?... who do you think you are?... Of course I will be using my own brand of proxy to get around that, or maybe finding it where there are no geo restrictions. But this, in this world of one world, is getting tiresome.... This is a GLOBAL internet, who gave YOU the right to "restrict" it?...

But this, in this world of one world, is getting tiresome.... This is a GLOBAL internet, who gave YOU the right to "restrict" it?... Yup. In a world of proxys and VPNs, why even bother making stuff region or country specific anymore? Seems like a whole lot of work with no other goal than to p*ss people off until they can find a work-around.

Its not Yahoo that is to blame, rather regional laws they have to conform to and/or the demands/requirements of the copyright holders.

Its not Yahoo that is to blame, rather regional laws they have to conform to and/or the demands/requirements of the copyright holders. What part of WORD wide web means only for the people we tell you can see it.?... Who are these people to decide "Borders" in the internet. Laws?.. what stinking laws?... that not what the internet was invented for. Keep your national law. Yeah, sure. Just dont bring new laws here to the WORLD wide web. And definitely none that show you a page and go "ha ha ha ha you aint allowed to see what we have here"... That just stinks. Not a vent, just a very sarcastic dig at those who think they can peacock their stuff about and think it bothers some. Yeah it does. But only so much as we go write software that gets round those borders... And then you wonder why some Hackers are treated as modern day robin hoods?...
