Yet another incident where two episodes were hastily merged into one, but this time the advertising for the next week's episode specifically said it was "back to back".
Spray Duster
The specific brand that they were using is called "Dust-Off". It's made by a company known as Falcon. I keep some in the house for use in cleaning my keyboards and taking the dust off of collectibles where a rag would either not be able to get into the fine details or risk damaging them.
Of note is that Dust-Off has a "bittering" agent inside of it to deter inhalant abuse. Get it in your face, mouth, or nose, and it stings. This raises the question of how flammable the agent is by itself.
Mayonnaise
If you're in the middle of a storm, how focused *will you* be on making that mayonnaise? That human element - a distracted home cook - shouldn't be underestimated.

nothing recorded, nothing skipped. did they change the title of the program mid season? It was listed as Mythbuster Jr. on my cable directory and my DVR recorded both segments (2 hours). Maybe you need to try reprograming your DVR.

Maybe you need to try reprograming your DVR. every episode I found in the directory's range, including next week's time slot, has the same description. I reset it to record all episodes instead of just "new" episodes, an I'll see if it is a case of bad descriptions.

I usually set it to record just new episodes.
