I am a little concerned because it seems like they have not been filming for several weeks now. They do keep saying they have lots to test, however.

I am a little concerned because it seems like they have not been filming for several weeks now. They do keep saying they have lots to test, however. Yes but remember they all also have families & it is the holiday season. Plus with the recent government shut down there is a back lot of things that need to be done by government officials on EVERY level. & a lot of the stuff the Mythbusters do does require signing off &/or supervision from the authorities & it isn't classified as 'high priority' compared to say something like protecting the public from terrorist ect.

Good point. Captain Keith from Deadliest Catch testified that he couldn't fish because no one was there to issue permits. The holidays part I might understand, but Thanksgiving is coming up in 10 days still. They were off from early October, but since that was when the shutdown started, I think you might be on to something.

DC is definitely too busy pushing out crap (pun intended) to allow MBs into the schedule. The last gem from DC is a show on TLC called "Buying Naked" which follows around a realtor who works with nudists. The shows specialty is creative camera angles
