Can't wait! At the 1:19 mark, I believe that is an ice cannon which is something we discussed & theorized about quite thoroughly on the old boards.

people with bigger budgets than theirs have already confirmed moonshine as fuel.
now, that said, I pay extra for ethanol free fuel for my small engines, because it saves me an annual trip to the shop to get the carburetors rebuilt...

I have to admit to being very curious what sort of myth involves the title refers to laws of attraction - which I guess could relate to beer goggles, but the teaser video appears to involve running.

I was very skeptical until I realised the date was in the US format.

UK's Discovery channel has just started a re-run of the last series of MythBusters so I guess they're gearing up for our turn at the new series.

I remember car crashing through glass. moonshine fuel was on the old site. looked like there was a hairspray flamethrower in the mix car on two wheels and, of course, the ice cannon and the three star wars ones.

I'm guessing watching the trailer that their is at least one cat myth this season (maybe even a cat special?) as well as a Star Wars Special. Being a girl I'd guess the 'Tip O Meter' may involve the myth 'The bigger your boobs are the harder it is for you to run.' or something similar. & I can't wait to see what the LOTR 'Garntdalf' business is about.

If they're testing a myth about does a woman's boob size have an effect on her mobility or balance, then it'll be a Busted result. 'Natural growth rates' mean women have a chance to 'gradually adjust' to the shifts in weigh/gravity caused by their boobs. Even if you've had a boob increases/reduction your inner ear would help you to adjust fairly quickly. I'd say it's more plausible that they'd be testing the myth Does boob size effect a waitresses tips? But I think it'd only be plausible for Men & lesbians/bi women to tip for big boobs. For me it'd be if you show too much cleavage/boob then your tip will drop. I don't want a woman flashing me as she's taking my order. Personally if your serving me I don't want to see what you have in your bra. I'm not interested & I don't care how big you are. All I care about is A) Is your service any good? & B) Are you presentable? ie: you're clean, neat & tidy. Bomb those things & your tip will be the bear minimum - impress me with your service & tidiness you'll be tipped accordingly.

OTOH, the video teaser shows her running with the "Image enhancement package" on. Afraid we will just have to wait for the episode to be sure what the subject is; but there are ways that having a "topheavy" body shape can affect your agility or balance other than just disrupting your reactions; simply by making weight transfer more extreme.

I guess we'll have to wait & see what happens. I just hope the guys don't put on 'padded bras' & join in - the exploding defibrillator episode with Tory bra shopping was a traumatic & disturbing experience as it was.

Bomb those things & your tip will be the bear minimum - impress me with your service & tidiness you'll be tipped accordingly. I completely agree and would like to add two things: 1) If I'm going completely on looks (which I never do), I wouldn't be impressed by chest size but rather by hip/butt size and curvature and I'm far from the only one. 2) Even if I was impressed by your chest, the odds of that continuing are about slim to none if you have the personality that often comes with being voluptuous. You know the type I'm talking about. She's pretty, well endowed and knows it, so she thinks she can get away with behaving like she pleases, which often involves either being so flirty that you start to wonder if she expects you to pay for a room later, or she doesn't give you the time of day because "you're beneath her". I'll take the less attractive, slightly overweight but professional and curteous waitress any day and I might even go a little overboard with the tip, just to p*ss off Prom Queen Barbie.

Agreed.
When H-E-B Grocery expanded the local store from a basic grocer to an HEB Plus facility (groceries + housewares + electronics + in-store restaurants), they went on a hiring spree.
A lot of the people who they hired were sweet young things who looked good in their uniforms. Thing is, most of them were incompetent to the point that I was severely tempted to curse them out. (Look up Denis Leary's "Coffee" rant on YouTube and count how many F-bombs he drops. That's how exasperated I kept getting.)
In contrast, one of the cashiers is slightly plumper than Velma from "Scooby-Doo". I always go to her register if the line's not too long, as she knows what she's doing; she was one of the employees who was transferred over from the previous location, and so she knows the way things are supposed to be done.
