Didn't he keep the belt after they dumped the suits after escaping the trash compactor? I'm pretty sure he wasn't wearing that belt in the Falcon... the fact that it is stormtrooper white is kind of a giveaway. I think Han was also wearing one.

Just had a chance to watch the episode on DVR. Find it questionable that Disco has moved MBs to Saturday night...
I think they gave all three myths a sporting chance.
Tossing a grappling hook around a post on the first try (regardless of pursuers or not) would probably be a challenge for any of us. I believe that the belt would have slid up to the ribs regardless of how tight it was.
Did any of us doubt the logs would crush the armored vehicle? Probably not. But it was a fun test to watch.
Though the anatomy assumed within the Taun Taun test may have been flawed (90% water...), the physiology was solid.
Next week: Moonshiners Special. From the previews, it seems like it will be an episode loaded with explosions & vehicular mayhem. Valid episode or Disco mandate?

I was thinking they should have trimmed down the logs to the same end profile - until they hit the armored vehicle with them. yep. busted - and by that, I mean the vehicle.

[I was thinking they should have trimmed down the logs to the same end profile - until they hit the armored vehicle with them. yep. busted - and by that, I mean the vehicle. Watching the video of the Ewoks rig, it did appear that their logs were slightly tapered on the end, not completely flat.

Tapering them would likely make the damage even worse, as it would focus all the force on the tip of the log.
Hit a board with a hammer and it makes a mark; hit it with a pickaxe and it cuts through.

Something that occurred to me last night -- while it looked like Jamie was having fun making tauntaun intestines, he might have been better off making a bulk order of natural sausage casings. Bet they would have held a knot at the end better than the homemade guts.

I just had a thought.
The belts were Storm Trooper equipment?
Wouldn't their armor have provided protection against the belt cutting into them?

If Luke had done the swing in his stormtrooper disguise, I'd be willing to argue that there was a built-in harness for emergency pickups. According to one of the guys in my Sunday gaming group, modern militaries are using a similar rig.

Don't like this is on Saturday.
Interesting about the logs but they seemed awfully thick. I did like it regardless.
I think the grapple was good but probably depends on the situation.
Didn't care for Luke being warm.
Funny to see Sophia Bush because her show is coming on Wednesday, Chicago PD at 10pm.
