If Ozone is that good for you, why is it labelled a Bio-Hazard in bulk transport?...

Ozone is not healthy for you, it is intact poisonous, as an allotrope of the normal Oxygen molecule O2, it has the formula O3 meaning it has three atoms of Oxygen per molecule of Ozone, it is in fact highly oxidising and will attack, the mucus membranes of anyone that breathes it in high enough concentration. It does in the upper atmosphere help to shield us from UV radiation, and so might be considered good for your health that way. But if what are you referring to the old wives tale of Ozone at the seaside, and the bracing healthy giving properties it was belived to have, common in Britain, well, that's false. The smell,of the seaside is not even created by Ozone, but rather bacteria. www.nhm.ac.uk/research-curation/scientific-resources/biodiversity/uk-biodiversity/uk-species/species/aegithalos_caudatus.html

Ozone is a very strong oxidizer and is good for killing bacteria but it's very bad for your lungs. It's used in water and air purification for that purpose. Like mrfatso said, it's also good in the upper atmosphere to block UV-C rays. Like most chemicals, it has it's benefits but also it's dangers. When it comes to chemicals, most people don't have a clue what they are talking about but they talk anyway.

Wasn't that during the wait for the birth of Prince a george outside the hospital rather than the wedding?

as has been said: Ozone kills things. thus if you want something killed, it is beneficial. however, if you expose yourself to enough of it, it will also kill you.
