Alcohol may be a good anti-septic, but, is it that good on open wounds?... It kills life forms. Be those dangerous bacteria, or human flesh, it kills. So putting Alcohol on an open would may actually, WILL actually, hamper the healing process.....?

depends on the wound.
Clean wounds might not benefit from alcohol. A dirty one, probally better than infections.

it is more so with hydrogen Peroxide. it, like ozone, kills things. if you put it on a wound, it will kill the bacteria in the area - along with the exposed skin cells. if you put it on a large wound, this will impede healing and pretty much guarantee a scar.
alcohol is a solvent - its primary role is in washing things off. however, its secondary role is getting absorbed into tissues, along with anything else that happens to be there. this is why rubbing alcohol is usually sold in lower purity levels - it makes for less absorption.
