Dont try the update via plug-ins for Firefox, its woefully slow, and not loading correctly...
I dont think the programmers have got it aimed at the right update properly yet...
This is a very new story, it takes time to push the right buttons, and its not my job to do that.
normal service will be resumed when they can fix that bug...
Go right to the site, get a new Adobe Flash player, and install it "Over the top" of your existing one (which will replace what you have got)
There has been a "serious" flaw found in some adobe flash code recently, its wise you update now.
I would link to a new article, but they all seam to think different reasons...
I just know something is up, and its wise to update sooner rather than later....
