Nice, my wife has been trying to get me to build something like that in our backyard, not so much in one contiguous package but she has mentioned all of the componants

My Dad made one of these, I just found out how. That's awesome, so is that lathe, mines a toy compared to that. My Father had one similar, I think he called it "That big [swine]"?... Anyway, it could turn heavy weights on it, the stand to hold "the other end" of if required that bolted to the floor of the lathe so it could be moved in and out dependant on the size of the piece..... Unfortunately it drew so much power my Mum couldnt run the washing machine at the same time.... My Dad really needed a 480v three phase supply. The motor was rather old, but extremely reliable, and had a set of bands to "change gear", my father had about half a dozen bands, all as supplied when new, and that was old enough that they were leather. He never did need to swap one out?.. that old thing, maybe 50 yrs old when my father bought it, they built them to last back then. I would love to play with something like that, just dont have the room or time.
