On a related note. I am trying to post a screen shot (.jpg format, ~230 KB size) and the forum software won't let me because it says it exceeds the file size.
Try uploading it to an image hosting site like tinypic.com. That's usually the one I use when posting pics here. It's more or less self explanatory.
If you use an image hosting site, you're just linking to a URL instead of asking Proboards to use up server space for your image. There's virtually no size limitation on images when Proboards don't have to host the files themselves.
