Once again, one episode forced together with others.
Breaking Bad Magnet
Was the result for this one really a surprise?
Door Barricades
As when Jaime and Adam tried to break doors down last time, this one's quite plausible when you consider differences in size and motivation. (For example, at what point would someone give up on the door and just go through a window?)

Also,
"Putting a slick substance behind a door that you know people are going to try and ram to force open" is a perfectly evil trick for someone to pull on their Dungeons & Dragons group...

Nah you want a Sphere of Annhilation behind that door or possibly as level 1 of Castle Greyhawk had the Tarrasque asleep by liable to wake up at any moment.

it is confirmed that the problem with me getting to see episodes is the result of bad titling on the directory software.
bonus reminder: according to the trivia notes on IMDB, when they filmed Titanic, they had to add buoyancy to the door in order to support ONE person with it.
Chair under the door: the biggest difference between tommy and everyone else: Tommy broke the hinge side loose. the physics they didn't mention - the angled chair converts it from trying to move mass, to trying to deform a triangle.
breaking bad hard drive destruction: the question I am waiing for the answer to is whether the magnet destroyed the data or the drive.
additional bonus myth: on the old Disco board, we had a poster who WORKED in a junkyard, and he pointed out that the force a magnet can pull with also is affected by the mass of metal it is acting on. because of this, a junkyard magnet often has trouble picking up a car by the roof of the passenger compartment.
