We talk about how Star Trek was great, but it has it's share of complete stinkers.
TOS: Spock's Brain TNG: Tends to be a tie between Sub Rosa and Shades of Grey DS9: Q-Less Voy: Threshold Ent: These are the Voyages...
I will not include STD because I have not finished the series, so I can't comment on the worst of them.
What are your thoughts? What is the lowest point for Star Trek TV?

Truth is, I've never seen a single season of Trek all the way through.
TOS has always been used as filler in syndication in whatever market I've been in, and so finding it has been inconsistent. MeTV may have it now, but it's on Saturday nights when I'm usually busy.
I was late to the party with TNG, so I missed most of the first few seasons.
While TNG had a fixed berth locally, DS9 was scheduled at such an odd time slot I didn't actually see an entire episode of it until the summer of 1994 when I was on vacation and found a station that was airing it in prime-time.
With Voyager, we had one station that was an affiliate of both UPN and WB Network at the same time. This meant that one network's prime-time would be tape-delayed to air after the other, and Voyager just came on so late that past the first season I'd fall asleep while watching it.
And I didn't have The CW available on my cable TV tier when Enterprise was airing the first time around.

I think Spocks brain was a redo of the old flash Gordon episode where they stole doctor Zarkoff’s brain.
As for TNG, DS9 and Voy, in my opinion, any episode that had Q in it was a loser.
I agree, the last episode of Enterprise was the worst.
As for STD, the only episode I saw that I even remotely liked was the one towards the beginning of season one where they were stuck in the time loop. I completely gave up on STD about 3/4 the way through season one and never went back

since people are elaborating - I grew up like most in my age bracket did watching syndicated trek in the aternoon. I would watch TNG if I wasn't doing something else, but I wasn't really devoted to it. DS9 and Voyager, I recorded; which left Enterprise being the one I only had access to for a couple seasons - but I have watched all of them subsequently on netflix. I liked DS9 and voyager best, Enterprise had several things I would have done differently. TNG, matching the common critic complaints, was a little too overpowered and kind of lacked the feeling of having to adapt and overcome that TOS had.
