Just tried it out yesterday.
Retro Crush is a website / app that allows people to stream free anime, the bulk of it from the 1980s and 1990s.
The "free" element comes from it being ad-supported, meaning that whatever you're watching will be periodically interrupted by advertisements.
The film I saw yesterday was uncensored (it's a video game adaptation, and so a female character having a shower scene led to controversy even though it makes sense in context), so I imagine most of the rest is uncut as well.
