Edit: as far as your shed roof, how steep is the pitch? You may solve your problem with a steeper pitch. Metal shed from local chain hardware store. I would consider it to have a "Dutch" roof (varied pitch): 15 deg from peak to halfway, 30 deg to bottom. Shed was made from very thin stamped metal, not built to handle New England winters...should have suspected something when salesman tried to sell me $200 roof strengthening kit... Going to build a new shed from a pile of lumber. Can't decide on a 30 or 45 degree pitch for the new roof.

Hail Caesar?....HAIL?... we get HAIL?..... No wonder he went back to Italy.
It a hail storm here.... No wait a sec... its now Sunny. Just a mo..... Back to Hail.
MAKE YOUR BLOODY MIND UP!!!.....
Its also Windy.
High-Speed Horizontal HAIL.....
This is absolutely perfect driving weather. And anyone that knows the sound of 40mph winds driving hail at the oncoming 50 mph vertical windscreen knows what I am saying.... You cant help but blink when one hits just in front of your eyes.... when its a dozen a second, how do you drive in that?....

Technically, spring started last Thursday. The weatherguy says we might get a Nor'easter from Wednesday to Thursday. (If we don't get the full-on blizzard, we'll at the least get gale force winds) Welcome to Connecticut, where it only snows on days that end in 'y'.

You guys still have snow?! We're going full on spring around here. 10-15 degrees celcius with a light drizzle here and there. For the first time in years I have no complaints about the weather. It's actually just about what you'd expect from spring.

It's actually just about what you'd expect from spring. Around here, we have two seasons: snow season & summer. Daytime highs for the past week: 35F - 60F - 48F - 26F - 51F - 50F - 22F It would be fair to call our weather inconsistent and illogical. The latest on the storm coming is that Connecticut is going to get high winds, but no snow. On the other hand, eastern Rhode Island & Cape Cod are going to get clobbered by the full effects of this beauty.

MORE Horizontal rain.
I am suspecting they turned the gravity off on the water supply?...
Anyway, after several miles more than was necessary, I parked up, and found I had a Octopus hanging off the radiator....
Several dozen more miles in weather I wouldnt send a storm chaser out in, I got back home.
Then the Sun came out.....
I am glad it waited, because there is nothing worse that driving into a low sun on freshly wet Tarmac. Dazzling.?.... more BLINDING....... Especially if there is standing water. Its about the worst weather conditions I know, you cannot see a thing.

It's been threatening to rain since last night.
We apparently had something come through while everyone was asleep, but there seems to be more on the way.
I hope it finishes up before I go to work tonight, as I don't want to have to be out there in the rain.

It's been threatening to rain since last night. I got a chuckle out of this. I'm picturing a cloud holding a bucket of water and a strainer over your head...
