Mads is upset that you dont think he can act. And if that's his "upset" expression, you just proved my point. Looks more like someone just told him his grandmother had a roll in the hay with his best friend.

Immediate emergency access is being considered.... For "Anyone" who uses the word "holi-bobs" instead of holidays.....
I had someone ask me what I was planning for the "holli-bobs" , meaning the Xmas period, and it just crept up and smacked me in the face almost as much as an insult, it sort of grates worse than fingernails on a chalk board its that hard on the hearing?...

On the score of the festive seasons. I was in the supermarket this morning getting the usual dozen pits of milk and two loaves of bread [and some crunchy rolls for lunch..] and I saw "Mini mince pies".
Its September... lets say this again, September.... And already with the Christmas decorations and Xmas boxes of chocolates, cakes, Puddings, and all the other trimmings?.. all on sale.... already?.. Those mince pies have a one-week sell by date on them, as they are "fresh from the bakery". Its almost as if I found an Easter egg on new years day.
[ I found one in the back of the cupboard last week... what is the sell-by date on a chocolate Easter egg anyway?.. ][ I eat it anyway... tasted OK to me...]
Dont get me wrong, I enjoy the Xmas period as much as anyone else..... Except SEPTEMBER..... its too early to be thinking of something three months away whilst I am still wearing my summer wardrobe?... the kids have only just got back to school, and now you are filling their heads with CHRISTMAS?..
We havnt even had Halloween yet..... and no sign of any of those things on sale yet?.
They are still selling lawn furniture in the seasonal isles.

I like what my Mothers home town in the UK has done about premature Christmas displays. They have banned the putting up of public Christmas displays until after Bonfire Night. Anyone who breaks the ban is forced to remove the display & heavily fined.

Anyone who breaks the ban is forced to remove the display & heavily fined. we should take it a step farther and make an international law - any store caught selling Christmas themed goods before November must immediately donate all unsold inventory to charity. (exemptions made for special order merchandise)

You can send some of those mince pies this way. I'll eat them any time of year. I used to buy 3 or 4 extras so I could have them later in the year. Same goes for (good) fruitcake. Unfortunately mince pie must not sell well in this area as I've only seen them once at my local grocer and that was the first year I moved here. It's getting to the point where I'm going to make homemade and can a 3 year supply.
The earliest I saw Xmas stuff out was about 7 years ago when I moved out here to Montana. I went into Costco around the end of July and there was Xmas ribbon for wrapping gifts on one of the end caps.

Coats worn Wrong... Like this. Its a COAT, wear it like a coat or dont wear a coat at all?... I see kids with coats hung loosely off their elbows and wonder why, but they are kids, and they will learn, but now the trend is adults doing the same thing, and its just looks so WRONG..... FFS, If you need a coat, wear it right, they are just outer clothing to keep you warm, there is a certain fashion in them already, but this "I dont have to wear it like everyone else" thing?... There was a craze a few years back to wear a coat backwards, it made people look stupid, so it stopped very quick. But this latest "thang" is just so stupid it nearly got a mention in the how stupid thread, but I think it deserves to be here. Reason for this mention?.. I was watching a "Vote-a-pop-star-into-obscurity" thing talent show and for some obscure reason that didnt have anything to do with the song she sung, some singer wore a coat on stage, hanging off the elbows, and it just made her look ridiculous.

For what level, room 101 or ~666~, being that all politicians have the express entry key [coal chute entrance or cellar drop, with emphasis on the drop, for large numbers] already on speed dial and have lifetime membership already as soon as the make any political move?..

Intersection for sub basement room 50.5Internet Famous. "Because we[sic] said so?.." If someone claims they are internet famous and you dunno who da hell they think they is, then they have a reservation here. We will enter that Tommy Robinson and his "rebel media" thing here as an example, as under discussion on page 21 here of this thread... citadelofmyths.freeforums.net/thread/2038/free-speech-who-where-when?page=21If anyone else is eligible?.. So you "host" your own fake-t00b show on makeup "tips", or do cooking for students type things, if you start to demand you are famous just because of that, then you are welcome here. If you just carry on doing that and dont demand special treatment, good luck to you, carry on. As soon as you get "Mainstream" TV channel coverage, you can sort of say you made it famous?.. But if all you got is a couple of thousand views, you are only just starting, as I say, good luck, carry on, but you aint famous yet...

BTW, SIC.. meaning.. The Latin adverb sic ("thus"; "just as"; in full: sic erat scriptum, "thus was it written")

BTW, SIC.. meaning.. The Latin adverb sic ("thus"; "just as"; in full: sic erat scriptum, "thus was it written") are you suggesting those be added, or are you using them as intended? because (SIC) is very useful when you are quoting someone who hasn't mastered their own language, and you want your reader to know that you aren't the one who has difficulty spelling the word "I".

Use as intended. As in "we have agreed you are taking us to Wilberts party this weekend", when "we" is anyone of the group who is not the actual provider of transport, so its not a communal decision then is it?.. Therefore "Famous Because we said so" is maybe what they say, but not what is actually agreed if you ask the right people.
