The Mythbusters World Tour.
Its a hypothetical idea based on the premise that the Mythbusters would actually do a world tour.... But are there any BIG myths, such as it always rains in England, that the Mythbusters could grab, and turn it into a world tour?....
I can think of a few....
Myth One, the drivers in Rome are almost maniacal suicidal when driving a car, you will never see a car past three years old without at lest one dent in it.
All roads outside city centres in Russia as little more than a goat track. Except the trans-siberia road of bones. Which is a cattle track....
There is no life at all, not even micro organisms, in certain desserts. (Sahara for example)
Anyone else got any myth that may be localised to a particular country?....
And by the way, food in frace being better than anywhere else, busted, particularly by those who live anywhere else, like Rome, Spain, Greece, most places in europe....

The life in the Sahara myth is testable. I believe the Top Gear boys have already driven in enough former Soviet Republics to dispel the roads myth.
I can't imagine the rain myth would make for gripping television.
the idea of rating a country's drivers by the presence or absence of dents sounds possible, and at least somewhat entertaining in the results.
There is always the myth that in Australia, 90% of the wildlife is capable and willing to kill you.
in Oregon, they could address the myth that a car will fly out of control at 56 MPH (66 on rural freeways)

Rain in the UK, which as has been said before is worse on the Pacific Northwest of America, we get rain from the Atlantic they get rain from the far wider Pacific, that comes in and piles up against the Mountain ranges before falling.

Heck even the botany is out to get you, brush up against a giant stinging tree, which can kill horses, and you will regret it, as it feels far worse than nettle stings.
