Along with the guy who directs the traffic around the accident and a few cars which happened to pass the site when it blew up.
I saw a documentary made from video footage of British soldiers wearing action cams and their vehicles loaded with dashboard cams. When they found a freshly installed bomb in the road, they had stopped the traffic and were waiting for specialists to remove the bomb. While waiting, locals in training to become soldiers showed up, started the traffic flowing again and then started to tear the bomb apart by digging with their hands and kicking out parts with their feet. They never understood why the British soldiers started to yell and then ran away.
