I am going to presume the reason your posting the video's is an extension of the idea of Constructive criticism?.. How can we help?...
Are you looking for feedback?.. do you want questions or suggestions..
May I just point out, well done on trying this, its not easy, I know, I HATE with absolute terrifying fear having to talk down a camera lens, I tried out for screen extra's once, as long as no one actually reminded me the camera's were rolling I was ok, but as soon as I knew, I turned into a string puppet in fear?.. No way Could I EVER try this myself, so a hearty congratulations to anyone that can.
Can we presume these are the very first tests you have done?...
Are you working from a script, or just "open mike start talking" point of view?..
Let us know how we can help.

Just looking for a bit of feedback at this point.
Aside from a simple equipment test (which I'm saving for a blooper reel) and a few dud takes I scrapped, these are it as far as ventures go.
Thanks.

There's an audio issue I didn't catch until after I submitted it, and you can tell it's daylight because the light is shining through the blinds.
Otherwise, how does it look?

Me conducting one of the experiments I proposed down in the Young Scientists' Corner as a demonstration of how it works.

I apparently picked up a subscriber along the way.
Woot!
And thanks again to everyone who's been watching.

Thinking about doing this as a new permanent logo. Thoughts? Thanks.

View AttachmentThinking about doing this as a new permanent logo. Thoughts? Thanks. I'd been wondering what the acronym stood for.

Apparently, there's this radar that lets everyone know when I'm trying to do a video; if it's not one of my parents wondering what I'm doing, it's one of the animals waking up. You can tell I'm a bit distracted, and that's due in part to Bit waking up and making mischief off-camera.
I may have to find somewhere else to film.
Also, the text under my shirt reads "U.S. Paralympics 2016". My cousin David was on the team this year, and so an uncle had those shirts commissioned.

I've found that if I want time to myself, all I have to do is start working on something that would go a little better with assistance.

Next video's up, but it touches on politics so no link in this spot.
Basically, though, the Pepe The Frog controversy has appeared locally because one of the local dailies has chosen to reprint a pretty shoddy Los Angeles Times article.

Next video will be up in 15 - 20 minutes.
I've tried to maintain total professional neutrality in what I'm doing, yet the big thing blowing up YouTube right now is a prominent YouTuber's demands that everyone announce who they're pulling for in the 2016 US Presidential elections because he feels that one candidate will bring about Armageddon if they win and so everyone needs to vote for the other person.
Spoiler alert: I tell him to go pound sound because I'm not throwing away my principles that easily.

Of course, Bit would wait until the point of no return to try and walk in front of the shot...

Bit of a delay due to my being unable to connect from my laptop. I voted 3 weeks ago due to the deadline for the ballots overseas. The overseas absentee votes have to be delivered to your nearest consulate/embassy by Halloween to count. They then collect them & send the via diplomatic bags bag to your home state & they have to be received there by November 7th. It's quite a lot of hassle, kinda makes me wish they had online voting for overseas absentee votes. Still it's only once every 4 years so I guess it's not too bad.
