Bit of a delay due to my being unable to connect from my laptop. I voted 3 weeks ago due to the deadline for the ballots overseas. The overseas absentee votes have to be delivered to your nearest consulate/embassy by Halloween to count. They then collect them & send the via diplomatic bags bag to your home state & they have to be received there by November 7th. It's quite a lot of hassle, kinda makes me wish they had online voting for overseas absentee votes. Still it's only once every 4 years so I guess it's not too bad. mine went into the mailbox today. Mrs TLW's went in today. and no we didn't say who and what we voted for. though there's a few races I can guess. |

If I can get some assistance on my end (mainly someone to hold my camera), I'll try to get more science experiments and whatnot filmed. The two I mentioned in the "Young Scientist" area that I haven't done yet both require the use of water, and I'm not doing that near my laptop.

We lost power today thanks to a storm, so I figured I'd use it to both talk about emergency preparedness while testing out my digital camera's video ability.

Sadly, it seems like Bit knows when I'm trying to do a video; I've lost so many takes because of him that I have to keep whichever one he interferes with the least.
