Some more ideas; In Return of the Jedi we are treated to the famous speeder bike chase. Could a normal human really pilot a bike through a forest at 200 mph* without crashing? Likewise, Leia falls off the bike lands and passes out** - but apparently managed to avoid any serious injury what-so-ever. (*The speed figure is given in the novel, the exact line being; '...at 200 miles per hour Leia was the better pilot...'. This is also the speed the footage was replayed at according to the making of documentary. This detailed how they filmed the scene - someone walked through the forest with a camera that was taking a single picture every few seconds or so. When played back at 24 frames per second the result was that the forest appears to be moving at 200 miles per hour.) (**Luke does the same thing, but unlike his sister is a fully trained Jedi at that point.) The curveball in this is that in episode 1, Quigon implies that the reason young Anakin survives podracing is because his affinity for the force helps him, even without training. - which would indicate how she could outfly the scout trooper. but yes, a 200 MPH forest simulator would be a great experiment. just not sure how they would make it. as for falling off the mike and walking away from it - that would require research into motorcycle racing, I think. I checked youtube - one survived but was hospitalized with, if I heard the clip right, a bruised lung. this one came out better - but he didn't HIT anything.

You forget that it wasn't just Luke and Leia who were racing the bikes. The Scout Troopers were as well - who according to all the works of cannon would be normal humans*. Making a speeder-bike simulator might be fairly easy if they have the support of Lucasarts/Disney (which they most likely to need as both companies have a reputation of setting high-priced lawyers on people who try to use any of their trademarked properties without permission). They (meaning programmers) could modify flight simulator software - Lucasarts still owns the rights to a number of such programs after all so they have such software available. They then use a speeder bike mockup as the control system. If they were lucky or unable to do the work themselves they *might* be fortunate enough to get a chance to use one of the bikes that were used in the film. Failing that they could make their own - which I can't see the cast objecting to, and which might make things FAR more interesting as otherwise it becomes an expert driven segment with the cast as bystanders. (*The Empire treated none-humans as second class citizens at best and did not allow them to serve in the military. Between the prequels and the original films several clone troops had rebelled so cloning became illegal, and the Empire instead relied on normal humans.)
