This is exactly why this "trial", this cross-gender person is DEFINITELY interested in naked females and porn in the same way Men are, and is abusing their "chosen" sexuality to become voyeuristic.

"In a perfect world", I would rule that this person be refused any further cross-gender aid, be returned to male status, and put on the sex offenders list, and banned from ALL public bathrooms changing rooms and any other like places for life, as a sex offender who isnt safe.
So they need to go potty?... do it at home or not at all.
That is the sentence for abusing public decency.. plan your trips, keep 'em short, and do NOT abuse public decency.
Unless there is some reason for jail time to be placed on the personages head, if the victims of this voyeur wish to make a class action suit to remove them from society, and be incarcerated, then so be it?..

I would also argue that anyone, including the accused, who complains that this is "not right", be forced to live with a public broadcast camera in their only bathroom, and see how they like it.

I believe this case does include high school locker rooms and "open" public showers. I know the Illinois case does.
This is also a case where the school offered the "special one" use of a private, one-person facility and was turned down as that being too discriminatory.

There is no such thing as "Timing" when it is positive proof that the chicken-little-sky-is-falling warnings are right on the point, and we have the first positive ID case of it actually happening.

Even if its to protect the genuine ones from being "Outed" as possible nonces, false positive wise, there needs to be now a security gate keeper on the gates of all changing rooms to prevent this type of attack.

We are a bit behind the USA in UK< but even here, there are now PCSO Police [plastic police, community support civilian in police uniform...] in schools to help promote the idea that the police are there to protect and serve.

Sooner or later, we WILL have full fledged police officers on the corridors of all senior schools for protection details.... we can see that coming...
But as yet, float the idea about that we should have police presence at all junior schools?.. (pre-11 yr old kids)

Yet before the turn of the century, it was unthinkable that we should need police in ANY school in UK>

However, how far are the police away from those junior schools?...

Because we already know that idle cant-walk-because- parents that NEED to park right at the gate are being watched already by the traffic cops on the road supervising traffic outside the schools.

When I was a kid, less than 5% of kids had transport to and from school.
These days, less than 10% of kids walk.

So we already realise our kids "may" be in danger... now we have proof that there are nonces about to attack the changing rooms all over town... is it not time we realise this and do something?... before this is repeated again and again and again?..

what about having those who were born with girl plumbing but think like a man does. are they to be welcomed into changing rooms to ogle the other patrons?

We have been scared off by SJW's for too long now, we have to start saying "This is not right" and using the force of majority rules to state "WE now are uncomfortable with your life choices and the stigma's you are forcing on us!"
We are NOT wrong in stating that nature described TWO sexes only, there is no third, it is a binary system, we do not want a "third option"

We have fought long and hard for sexual equality in the binary system we have.
To see that wasted by the "Third option" that is soo much a minority that its less than 1% but still wants preferential treatment, that is wrong.

We understand your problems, but they are YOUR problems, not mine, and my problem is I see someone who is soo much a man entering a dressing room with my young daughter who I am trying to protect, and I do not think that is right.
For HER protection, for my Wifes protection, for the protection of every single female I know, I now state, we are not going to allow this to happen without a great deal of sounding off.

Disabled changing rooms.


I have yet to see a changing room in any shop that is designed with Grab Handles and space to allow a wheelchair restricted person space to be able to try on clothes in a shop?...

Instead of which, the disabled are sometimes offered a TOILET to do this in?.. like that is adequate?..

And yet there are more Disabled people in the world than "Sexually confused"

So how do you get to jump the queue?...

So how would you stand up and change trousers without something to hold on to?..
Otherwise, tell them many thanks for at least providing enough space to get a chair into?.
