I've not been having any issues like that. I seem to be back to normal, now.

I’ve never been a fan of martial arts films, or martial arts anything for that matter. So it was of great disappointment when Picard episode four introduces us to the karate kid.

Warned you I did, turns into STD it does.... And then there's Raffi. About as likeable as Michael in STD. Well, they did bring Seven of Nine back at the very end of the episode, so I am keeping my hopes up.

Picard episode five. A little more light hearted, fun episode taken directly from TOS. Although it still has its serious moments. Seven’s newly redefined character is further explained. Overall, a bit of relief from the much darker first four episodes.

Don’t mess with Mama Borg. Yeah, who'd of thunk 7 was that maternal.

Warned you I did, turns into STD it does.... I watched Picard episode 5 (directed by Jonathan Frakes, AKA Riker) a second time, something I seldom do. This is by far the best episode to date. If Picard is heading down the Discovery rabbit hole, I'm not seeing it. True, it's not Next Gen, but it certainly is holding its own.

Yes by Cyber has not actually seen it he is just relying on other people’s opinions. Unlike you or I

Episode 6 , fine acting work by Patrick Stewart as he first visits the Artifact. I really enjoyed it. My friends choose to live.

Haven't had a chance to watch it yet, but my son told me it was pretty good. Got to watch episode 6 last night. Finally, more answers than questions. I'm even starting to like the karate kid. Out from under the restrictions imposed by Gene Roddenberry, Picard is by far better than TNG ever could have hoped to have been.

Picard E-7
Hugh's out, Riker and Troi are back. Emotional factor, warp 10.
Also appears they are making Picard look a lot older so they can make him look younger in some of the flash backs.

Yeah it was “just something in my eye time” a bit. “I recognised the head tilt”. Looks like 7 is going to visit the Artifact next week poor Hugh.
A brief mention of the Kzinti which I think is the first time in live action Star Trek.

A brief mention of the Kzinti which I think is the first time in live action Star Trek. When 7 left Picard after she helped him find Maddox, she gave him a little electronic token and said if you ever need my help again use this to contact me. Is that the thing that the karate kid activated when he was trying to get off of the artifact? Also, before Hugh died, he told the kid that he was going to need an XB to help him get off the cube. I wonder if that XBorg is seven. It’s interesting in that while Hugh and Seven were successfully rehabilitated from the Borg, the Romulan XB‘s seem to be having a more difficult time, almost remaining zombies after being disconnected from the collective. My guess is the Romulans want it that way and are trying to build a drone army of their own from the XB’s.

My guess is the Romulans want it that way and are trying to build a drone army of their own from the XB’s. That would be my reading as well it will take someone with Borg implants in their system to take control of the systems in the cube. If you look carefully as the kid presses it it flashes SOS. There are two possibilities the Romulans could be trying to create an army of XBs or the Federation with its greater understanding of Borg tech and Androids like Data and Lore are simply better at rehabilitation techniques.

Well I guess they did not want those XBs then after all. The Scottish engineering hologram was a nice touch.

Are you going to assimilate me? Actually, I thought the best line from the show was “Data loved you.“
