Can you make the next page arrow for the threads bigger for mobile users.
Also as you're a diety, I want to be a lord.

Sorry, but there is no option to alter the arrow buttons. The only possible solution I can think of would be to see if your mobile device has the option to zoom in as PC's can.
No, you can't be a Lord but we do need someone to clean out the Griffin Stables.

I will probably get around to looking for a better background image for the site at some point. The current one is one of the official MB wallpapers.

Grrr! OK, the forum just pulled a "Disco" on me. I typed a lengthy quick-reply in my "your take on it" thread, clicked "post" and was bounced back to the main page, my post lost to the intertubes.

I've learnt to highlight and copy any text I write before hitting post on message boards. That way if the system messes up I can simply paste what I wrote into a new reply box  |

At the top of each board there's a string of text representing the full path you've went through to get where you are and the option to click each step in the path to go back a notch or two. Is there any way to make that text clearer? I'm thinking a white or other light color that contrasts well with the background image.

I'll look into it and tinker around. I had noticed this problem myself, but got distracted by all the scantly clad Valkyries who needed a back rub - all that chainmail chaffs you know....

Oh brother, don't I!!! And just a word of advice from personal experience: Unless you don't plan on taking them off ever again, or you're just a masochist, never, and I repeat, NEVER forget to shave "down there" before you put on the chainmail underwear!
You will live (painfully) to regret it!!!

OK, I played around with the settings and I think that this very light blue has the best contrast. I don't think I can make things any clearer, as the text is rather small, and that doesn't seem to be something I can do anything about - although you may be able to make things easier if your browser/device allows you to zoom in.

Honestly, I didn't even know there WAS text at the top until I went and took a really close look right now. It's like the Disco Boards how it had the path as well.

Ohhh, you know what, if we want to get a few more 'experts' over here, it might be a good idea to mention this board over on the other site in some of the other forums besides just the water cooler. There are several regulars that post only in specific forums and are never seen in the water cooler.

1) Board navigation....
I KNOW you tackled it earlier, but I cant see it now....
at the top of the page where it says things like Citadel:general:(this thread), can you make that a different colour than White?.... its getting all camouflaged in the background...
How about BRIGHT Orange?....
{The colour will change if you click on it to a light blue, in fact it shouldn't be white anyway. I did my best and this was the only colour that really gave any contrast. - Cyber}
2) can you make it BIGGER?... me eyes aint what they used to be, and as they used to be able to sex a Sparrow at 1,000 yds, having to stand back 1,000 yds to read the board nav links is difficult?....
Zoom function ([ctrl]+[scroll wheel] in most browsers) works but that just over-sizes everything else?...

3) SEPARATE section titled Politics Religion and Football that is CLEARLY marked as an OVER 18 area.....
Relax the rules 'Slightly' but stop them short of flame war, as in allow more colourful language?...
Make THAT the place to discuss highly volatile questions....(Religion Politics and men playing with balls.....)

Because of this we HAVE to assume younger members will turn up at some point. Thus the language on the board will be expected to be suitable for the minimum age a member could be as is noted in the rules. CM}

May I suggest that as many people dont read their own posts that replying inside someones post may lead to confusion?... not nagging by the way, just a suggestion?...
3) Posted to DEATH section....
Now Mythbusters will question the fact that certain subjects are frowned on as "PTD", as they have not had the discussion....
Nor can they read through, as the old site will have gone....
How about we open a sub-section for Posted to Death threads, re-start the discussion, with the link to the actual show where they tested that myth where available, and allow the discussion to run....
{Discussions about tested myths should/can be continued in the 'Old show' section - which is what it was created for. A posted to death category might be added to a 'graveyard' where old or useless threads will be sent to die, I think that would be a good idea in the long run CM}
4) Time limit on modification.....
We all know the "You said" quoter's, and that people will go back and "Modify" posts to remove what they said that was wrong... whats the time limit for post modification here, and can we set a limit if that is infinite?... this post modified about 10 mins after original post...
{No time limit, but rest assured that the mods can tell if someone has edited a post and WILL take any abuse of the edit function seriously. CM}
